LAHORE:Uber has announced a VIP service for the top taxi-hailing service’s Pakistani users.
“Top Uber riders deserve a top Uber experience and that’s why we’re lifting the velvet rope and welcoming in our most loyal riders in Pakistan with Uber VIP,” Uber’s website says.
However, the service – for the time being – is only available to Lahore and Karachi’s users.
To get the ‘VIP Status’, one needs to take 10 rides in a month and Uber will updated the status and will let the user know by Uber’s official application.
The VIP status involves the following:
– Premium service of the highest-rated driver-partners and top cars on the road.
–Exclusive giveaways, monthly perksand early access to Uber promotions.
–Priority support meaning questions, compliments and complaints will be addressed with top priority.
The VIP status has no additional cost, and rates are the same as uberGO, says Uber.
